NASA releases sound of black hole
All along, we have been taught that space is a vacuum, so there is no sound in space, but maybe we need to change our perception.
According to media reports, NASA recently released an audio clip composed of actual sound waves emanating from the giant black hole at the center of the Perseus galaxy cluster.
The sound was edited so that it could be heard by the human ear, and the agency said they mixed it with “other data” and amplified it, adding that the idea that there was no sound in space was a misunderstanding.
